Fresh Start Bible Church is a Bible based spiritual growth center.

Its purpose is fourfold: 

• Provide learning opportunities for its members, equipping them for the work of ministry

• Provide an opportunity for others to receive that same privilege

• Support ministries external to Fresh Start Bible Church that have a need, are meeting the needs in the lives of broken hurting humanity, and model integrity

• Model Integrity in ministry

In order to do the above, Fresh Start Bible Church must practice self-examination, private devotion, and accountability to one another.​
